KNX Award 2016

KNX international association have awarded Delham Tabesh Inc. for Fereshteh Palace residential complex as one of the 5 smart projects in Asia - March 2016.

The apartment's interior spaces:

• Lighting control LED ceiling lights, chandeliers, concealed lighting and lamps in a smart manner.
• Smart control screens for different scenarios by running or sending a command by the consumer.
• Smart control of heating and cooling system.
• Using a central touch control panel allows the user to control all smart system components as well as voice communication with the lobby and all other units.
• Wi-Fi considered in all units, a module that through all of this software, users can graphically Home Happy installed on the tablet or your smart phone, and all control equipment.
• RF radio receiver installed in each unit.

Space joints:

• Integrated system ramps leading light in the parking lot based on the timing and amount of traffic set that will have a significant impact in reducing energy consumption.
• Some control keys in the car park allows owners increase car park area lighting in a limited time.
• All lightings are monitored centrally through the control panel 15-inch canter by the lobby. Control will be added as needed.
